Fr. Michael Gilsenan R.I.P.

Everyone in the club, and the entire community were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of our Vice President, devoted supporter, and dear friend, Fr. Michael, on the 20/6/2025.

His caring nature, enthusiastic spirit, quick wit, and kind heart touched the lives of everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. To generations of players of all codes, his famous tangerine oranges were more than a simple gesture—they were a symbol of his unwavering support and generosity. On Boyle Park or in Blacklion, football or camogie, rain or sunshine, Fr. Michael was there. Fr. Michael leaves behind a legacy of warmth, joy, and dedication that will be fondly remembered and cherished. We are truly grateful for the many memories, and he will be deeply missed by all.
