Jump start January

Drumgoon Camogie

It was great to see so many people out for our annual walk on Sunday.  The committee would like to thank everyone who came and supported.  The funds raised will go towards the continued development of our juvenile teams.  We really appreciate your support.

If you couldn’t make it on Sunday or you’d like to start the new year by getting out and about, our Jump-Start-January campaign is now underway.  After the success of last years event, we look forward to seeing everyone get out and active again to start 2022.  Post photos of your walks, runs, cycles, swims etc on our Facebook or Instagram pages and donate whatever you can to help with the progress of the club for 2022.

2021 was a very successful year for Drumgoon Camogie with over 80 juveniles attending training every Mondays and our U15’s and senior teams winning their respective Championship finals, with your help we hope to build on this success.  Thanks to everyone who contributed in anyway.

The St. Stephen’s Day walk is back this year.  Leaving from Gallonray House at 11.30am on Sunday 26th, this is a great excuse to get out and walk off the festive feast.  This will also launch Jump-Start-January for 2022. We had a very successful year on the pitch with the u15’s winning the Div. 1 County Championship and the seniors winning the Junior Championship, and great numbers turning up every week for juvenile training.  The fund raised from the walk and the Jump-Start-January campaign will help immensely with club development and hopefully bring even more success for our teams in 2022.

Check out our Facebook Page and Drumgoon.Camogie on Instagram for more details.  Thanks as always for the great support it’s very much appreciated.
