Drumgoon U13 girls, are the new county League Champions for 2015. In O’Reilly Park, Cootehill, Drumgoon U13 girls played some brilliant football, to win against a gallant St. finbarr’s side. Drumgoon were first off the mark, when the brilliant, Ciara Fitzpatrick, shot over for a long range point. The effervescent corner forward, Leah Cosgrove, was next on the scoreboard with a well taken goal. From here to half time, the Drumgoon midfield dominated and comfortably led at half time on a scoreline of 4-06 to 0-02. The second half continues in the same vein and Drumgoon ran out comfortable winners, on a scoreline of 8-16 to 1-06.
