Drop down any Monday or Thursday night that suits you and join in our “couch to 5K”. The programme runs for 6 weeks around Boyle Park, is suitable for all age groups and abilities, and you can join in anytime. The “Couch to 5K, is at 7.30 and another session for improvers is at 8.15. Everybody is welcome, so why not drop down and get on the move, walk, stroll, jog, whatever you feel like. Remember the more you move, the better the mood.
